How to Use Edit PDF
Editing Text
- Select the Edit Text tool (File Icon).
- Wait for the page to load (blue boxes will appear around text).
- Click on any text to edit it.
- The original text is whited out and replaced with a new text box.
Adding Elements
- Use the toolbar to add Text, Images, Shapes, or Signatures.
- Drag to move elements. Resize using the blue handles.
- Use the Properties Panel on the right to customize colors, fonts, and rotation.
Forms & Signing
- Use the Forms tool to add Checkmarks or Crosses.
- Use the Sign tool to draw and place your signature.
- Use the Stamp tool to add business stamps like 'APPROVED'.
Tips
- Use Rotation slider to align text angled text.
- Use Layers panel to bring elements to front/back.
- Undo/Redo (Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+Y) is supported!
